On Christmas Day on my way back from my family gathering I broke down between Billings and Marionville. My Jeep lost a idler pully. My son called to get a truck out to us as soon as you could. Joe was the gentleman that came to haul us in. He was very professional and thank you very much. |

On December 9th, late afternoon, my son was helping clients of mine move across town and blew a tire in a south side subdivision. I met him, gave him my car & waited for Henry's to arrive. Randy McCafferty arrived and quickly changed the damaged tire to the small spare in the trunk. He had a concern that the tire was going to be adequate and insisted on following me to the tire store (it was about 30 degrees outside),since it was "right on his way back."
When he saw I was safely there, he got back on the main road and left. As it turned out stem on that tire also needed to be replaced, so his hunch was right. I've used Henry's towing for many years and have always thought they provide excellent service. This particular night I feel Randy McCafferty went above and beyond.

On December 13, I hit the curb and ended up popping my tire. Curt was the guy they sent out, and he was the best! He was super friendly and helpful. He put the spare tire on for me, and even gave me directions and helped me find a tire store since I just moved here. He was awesome. |

Again, Phil Benson came to my aid when I thought my truck was broken down Monday Night on James River Expressway. After assessing the situation he determined I was out of gas as well as dead battery.

Sunday night, Phil Benson once again came to my aid! It was a cold, dark, rainy night on 65 highway outside of Ozark when my truck quit running. After waiting a short time we were loaded up and back in Springfield. I again want to thank him for his courteous and prompt attention. Thank you again Phil and Henry's. You have my future business as well as others that I will recommend. |

My buddy had his truck break down at work so we called AAA henry's sent out Phil and red riding hook. in my opinion he is the best he was extremely helpful. im a truck guy but i was overthinking the problem he helped me troubleshoot the problem and get it fixed. Thanks Again Phil! your the best! |

I was on my way home from Branson Friday afternoon, 11/6, when my left rear tire started going flat. I pulled off 65 on the side road and called AAA. Shane came to the rescue and changed the tire for me. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He surely is a credit to the Henry's team. I appreciate Shane's efforts and recommend Henry's to anyone needing their services. |

My driver was Phil Benson, I had a collision which messed up my front end totally, radiator and all, he had me home in a flash and towed my car to the body shop i asked him to. Very polite and helpful. I was a basket case cause I have not had a wreck in many many years. What a great guy, even gave me tips on fixing a truck I have, my only transport for the time being. THANKS PHIL!!!! I recommend Henry's above the rest!!! |

on Nov 5th i and my wife had the stabilizer bar brake on our car. Stan was the driver sent out. He noticed that my wife and I both were upset and worried, and he took extra care to see that we were well taken care of. I always new you had good people and that this is continuing with Mr Schimeck. good job. |

Mr. Phillip Benson came out to my truck, and saved me well over a hundered bucks by helping me figure out what the problem was. He was quick, professional, and knew the engine inside and out. He was able to point out the problem, and let me know exactly what I had to do to fix it. He didn't even need to tow my truck! I was very impressed! |

Not sure of the drivers name but my daughter said he had a good personality and kept asking if she needed another car while hers was being worked on I was at the repair shop setting up the repair as I had driven from Kansas City to return her car after a deer hit and then on the way down the fuel pump went out.. just one of those things. Henry's made getting it to Pep Boys a snap, I have to ad the I hung up from calling AAA and before I put the phone down the dispatcher said he was finishing up a jump and would be right over. He ewas there within 30 minutes of making the call.
You can't go wrong with a company that is prompt, Courteous and hey they are a AAA service.. Can't go wrong. |

I phoned AAA this am as one of my vehicles would not start. AAA disptched Henrys and driver Stan. He was prompt, courteous and efficent. He even spotted what caused my dead battery. He said someone had hooked uo a stereo system improperly and drained the battery ( teenage son ). He hooked on to tow to my repair store and left. He said he would put my keys in the drop box, with my name, etc. He was very good and very mannerly. Thanks Stan and Thanks Henrys. GOOD JOB. |

This afternoon my wife's 2000 Ford Explorer wouldn't start when she was ready to leave I-HOP. She called AAA and they sent Henry's Towing. Operator Peter Thomas was there before the time promised and diagnosed a bad battery. He offered to replace the battery but I didn't want to wait. He was very pleasant, helpful and had the vehicle running in no time.
I have been a sales and marketing consultant for the automotive industry for years, Peter handled his job like a professional.

I want to say that Steve Caldwell couldn't have been nicer, more accommodating, customer oriented. Steve towed my wore out van for me yesterday and I only have great things to say about him and Henry's. I expected to wait over 30 mins but Steve was there within 15mins. I cannot say enough nice things about Steve, truly one of the NICE guys. Thanks Henry's and Thanks Steve!!!! |
