we would like to thank Roy, he saved us a day my popping open the back door access to our trunk rather than towing the car to the dealer, which would have taken all day. He was very friendly and polite, and helped turn a bad situation into a better one. Thanks, Roy. |

Today, we had a bus not start at the zoo as our kindergarteners were visiting Springfield. I called Henry's and the dispatcher said he could have someone there in 15-20 minutes. We received a call from the bus driver that they were underway 8 minutes from the time I talked to the dispatcher. What great service!! Thanks for saving us at a time of distress.

My name is Rich McClelland--age 36
I called & asked for "Henry's" help to pick up and deliver my 2000 Pontiac TransAM WS6(excellent condition, expensive custom wheels) to a shop for transmission problem "i believe." I just did not want to drive it....unsure! I was also unsure about letting it b towed/hauled by anyone but myself...let alone a stranger. "Henry's" sent Larry Harris. It took 1 minute to realize i WAS NOT talkin to a stranger... and 1 more minute to b educated on how he was going to "baby" this load n carry. I watched for few minutes and was SO HAPPY! that Henry's sent Mr. Larry Harris! THANK YOU LARRY! N THANK YOU HENRY'S! |

I wanted to say thank you to Philip Benson for picking my truck up up at 10:30pm last night. He made a very frustrating experience tolerable. His friendliness and professionalism made me realize that there are still a few good people out there. Even though it was cold and drizzling, he seemed committed to making sure that I was completly satisfied with the job he was doing. I will definitely refer Henry's to family and friends. |

It was a saturday night, cold and raining, we were heading to Springfield from Branson and our 1997 Grand Prix broke down right around Highlandville. We sat there texting, emailing, twittering, etc. and finally made a call to AAA. Within 45 minutes our guy showed up and got us towed to Springfield. We were surprised to find that he was from the same area we were from and surprised to see a Buffalo Bills lanyard hanging in the window of the truck! Right then and there we knew it woudl be a fun ride back!! Thanks to Steve Caldwell, he helped make a frustrating situation kinda cheery!! GO BILLS! |

I wanted to say thank you to Randy McCafferty for being so helpful and friendly even though it was so cold on January 5th. He was there in less than an hour. My car broke down and he was nice enough to look under the hood and show me that the pulley was gone. He gave me some good advice and I appreciated it! He is considerate and a great benefit to Henry's! |

On Christmas Day on my way back from my family gathering I broke down between Billings and Marionville. My Jeep lost a idler pully. My son called to get a truck out to us as soon as you could. Joe was the gentleman that came to haul us in. He was very professional and thank you very much. |

On December 9th, late afternoon, my son was helping clients of mine move across town and blew a tire in a south side subdivision. I met him, gave him my car & waited for Henry's to arrive. Randy McCafferty arrived and quickly changed the damaged tire to the small spare in the trunk. He had a concern that the tire was going to be adequate and insisted on following me to the tire store (it was about 30 degrees outside),since it was "right on his way back."
When he saw I was safely there, he got back on the main road and left. As it turned out stem on that tire also needed to be replaced, so his hunch was right. I've used Henry's towing for many years and have always thought they provide excellent service. This particular night I feel Randy McCafferty went above and beyond.
